I no longer require masks or specific protocols regarding COVID-19
However, to help maintain public safety and reduce transmission of COVID-19 or other illnesses while helping your pet, please let me know immediately if you or anyone that will be present for the euthanasia:
- has cold/flu symptoms
- has COVID-19 or has been in contact with someone with probable or confirmed COVID-19
- is at increased risk of contracting the virus (elderly, chronic health conditions, immune compromised, other health conditions of concern, etc.)
- if there are any other concerns you have in regard to your personal safety as a result of seeking at home pet euthanasia.
Families should understand that scheduling my mobile vet services is voluntary and not without potential risk of contracting COVID-19 to themselves, family members or friends. If a concern is present I can take all necessary precautions, but I cannot guarantee zero risk. I will ask you to sign an acknowledgement upon my arrival stating that you understand the risks involved with this visit, and that you agree not to hold Peaceful Pets liable for any COVID-19 related medical issues that may result from or after this visit.
